Circles

I started to develop this range about six years ago. A very abstracted plant design, influenced by the seed pods of the Honesty plants and stem and leaf structures. The circles are brushed on with cobalt and iron oxide slips, outlined with a trailed manganese slip. I like these circles to spread across the form rather than be contained within it.
